After-Sales Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that you have reviewed, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only prior to shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Customers are responsible for contacting us as soon as possible if a cancellation request is made before shipment, as we cannot guarantee processing once fulfillment has begun.
Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, incorrect size or variant selection, personal preference, or dissatisfaction with the product’s appearance, texture, odor, or perceived quality. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, images, and sizing information prior to placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order placed, customers must notify us within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered. To evaluate the claim, customers must provide their order number along with clear photographic or video evidence demonstrating the issue. All claims are reviewed and verified at our sole discretion. If a claim is approved, we may elect to issue a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund, in whole or in part, using the original payment method. Subjective concerns, including dissatisfaction with fit, smell, feel, or perceived quality, do not constitute defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Lost, Missing, or Undelivered Shipments
If tracking information has not updated for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days, or if the carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, customers must contact us promptly. Once loss has been verified by the carrier, we may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund. Claims made before carrier confirmation will not be processed.
Delivery Confirmation & Carrier Responsibility
When tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier. Customers must contact the delivery carrier directly to investigate missing or misdelivered packages. While we may assist by providing carrier information, we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received, including instances of theft or incorrect delivery.
Shipping Delays
Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, or logistical disruptions. Shipping delays do not constitute grounds for refunds, returns, or compensation.
Incorrect Address & Delivery Failure
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Refunds or replacements will not be issued for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal of delivery, failure to collect the shipment, or recipient unavailability.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs inspections and additional fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and clearance charges. If a shipment is returned, seized, or destroyed due to refusal or failure to comply with customs requirements, no refund will be issued.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We reserve the right to submit this policy, along with tracking information, delivery confirmation, and supporting documentation, to payment processors or financial institutions in response to disputes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or relating to a purchase shall be limited to the amount paid for the product. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or emotional distress.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for delays, losses, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, labor disputes, war, customs enforcement, or extreme weather conditions.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
