Can I cancel my order?

We’re happy to help with cancellations before your order ships. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist prior to shipment.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final. At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size or variant selection, or personal preference. We encourage you to review all product details, images, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number along with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once reviewed and approved, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Please note that concerns such as fit, smell, feel, or overall preference are considered subjective and are not classified as defects.

What happens if my package is lost?

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 30 days or more, or the carrier confirms that your package is lost, please let us know. Once confirmed, we’ll take care of it by offering a replacement or a refund.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package. What should I do?

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you didn’t receive it, we recommend contacting your local delivery carrier first. If you need help locating carrier details, we’re happy to assist.

Are shipping times guaranteed?

Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed. While we do our best to deliver orders promptly, delays can occasionally happen due to weather, customs processing, holidays, or carrier-related issues. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that fail to deliver due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package.

Will I need to pay customs fees?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by your country. These fees are the customer’s responsibility. If a package is returned or destroyed due to customs-related issues, refunds are not available.
